A journey into the intuitive——YOUR own brain welcome!

It's fun dang it. This class of young, established, woman, gentle-man, non-binary, you name it, we want you…every walk, every brain type, every adult person welcome. If you need a community of peeps, this will rock your socks directly off. Gone are the socks. Come, engage with the physical environment and those in it - also, this is a non-competitive environment. So, be warned, we will take direct care of your personhood! Who knows, it might be just what you've been looking for in order to activate your own personal journey into the intuitive. So...Welcome home peeps. NO SHOW! Just fun.

4 Sessions: June 3, 10, 17, 24; 7:00-9:00pm (on June 24th from 7:30-9:30pm); Cost: $150

Summer!

INTENSIVE 6 HOUR “GET IN THE SAUCE”

WELCOME nurturers of all kinds No matter what, we sacrifice ourselves for the health and wellbeing of others. We care for others, clean, cook, still do all of the things, only as we change and evolve we do it even more…with FEELING! How about this instead. Join a group of awesome women/binary identifying individuals for a 6 hour intensive! We will spend the entire day without urgency. Let us have a day where we can simply be as we are together. The day begins at 10am and at 12 noon we take an hour break for lunch, get to know your fellow players (or walk alone nearby and enjoy a latte). From 1-5 we will get deeper into the sauce of the games. Through different types of play involving our bodies and our voices we will find games that aid us in connecting to the intuitive. Through the games provided, we will welcome parts of ourselves back that perhaps have gotten a little invisible during our day to day lives.

WHEN: Saturday, July 20 2024 10-5pm

DURATION: 10-12 LUNCH: 12-1 1-5pm

It's fun dang it. If you FOUND your  community of peeps, welcome back into the fold. Come, engage with the physical environment and those in it - also, this is a non-competitive environment. As you already know, Viola Spolin is the reason for the season and you know the ropes, let's refresh those senses and get back into the sauce together, new players welcome! However. I encourage beginners to look at our intensive!

Absurd Theater Class 2023

Welcome to you dear players. In this 12 week course, let us make a new piece of theater. In this small class (of 8) we will be exploring many avenues one can use to create an ensemble or solo piece of theater. This class will be using elements of activated journalling, puppets, solo performance and LOTS of collaboration. We will explore and heighten our human experience! Let us find out why the use of theater in general...not only to do but also to witness... helps us transform. So! If you are interested, but not sure…come see Red Riding Hood happening in Astoria Dec 15 7:30pm!
